New Delhi: Salesforce has announced a strategic collaboration with Hero FinCorp, one of India’s leading diversified non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), to accelerate and modernize loan processing through its AI-powered Agentforce platform.

Salesforce Agentforce is a platform designed to build and deploy autonomous AI agents across an organization. By combining Agentforce with Data 360, MuleSoft, Agentforce Sales, and Agentforce Service, Hero FinCorp has created a connected and intelligent lending ecosystem capable of automating complex loan-processing workflows.
